Samsung has recently released the world's first sub-$500 twin-tray DVD recorder, the DVD-TR520. Most dual disc recorders on the market cost thousands of dollars, so at $450, the DVD-TR520 is actually affordable. Disc-to-disc copying speeds are 2x for DVD-RAM, 4x for DVD-RW, and 6x for DVD-R. Samsung claims that you could copy a two-hour disc in as little as 20 minutes. Units will be available in stores later this month.
