Nothing to do with Ikea, this boombox iPod dock is made out of paper and comes in a flatpack. Once assembled, its speakers pump out, with the aid of two AA batteries, all the Kurtis Blow and Sugarhill Gang' you ever wanted to hear.
Compatible with all MP3 players, the cardboard mini boombox is out in September, but no details on price, as yet. Think of the fun you could have customizing it. [Suck UK via 7Gadgets]

I was going to say "never trust the quality of a company named Suck", but then I saw that the product has Real Fully Working Amplified Speakers...
So, instead, I'll say "That is one company that's thinking outside of the box."
I thought that it was a real radio! I wish a company would make one of those in a full scalesize, like the old JVCs with an iPod dock, or at the very least, a CD player.
I'll give this to my 4-year-old to walk around the house with!
