    Lawsuits schmasuits. Apple is helping solve the iPod scratching problem by charging you even more money for a mediocre (at least from appearance) accessory. This Apple branded leather case was one of the announcements today at Apple's "Fun" Event. And this case is as far from "Fun" as possible. There are three different versions available for the 30GB Video, 60GB Video and the nano. The kicker, this small piece of Italian cured cow hide costs a blistering $99.
