Thanko has updated their MP3 playing headphones to include a new 512MB model, although they remain in most other respects pretty much the same. The ButterFly 2 has a 10-hour rechargeable battery which can be charged over its USB 1.1 connection. The best part, though, is that they headphones cost around $130, which is pretty affordable considering what you get. I wouldn't mind a pair of these at all, although I don't know any US import companies that handle Thanko products off hand (although with the wide variety of easily-marked-up products that Thanko sells, surely one exists).
