    PodSites

The web on your iPod? PodSites are sort of like AvantGo for your iPod, except each special webpage downloaded to your iPod must be formatted to work within the fairly limiting framework of the Apple iPod's Notes. The idea, of course, is to allow people to easily get content off the web onto their iPods, using the same tools that facilitate podcasting. Will it be useful? Hard to say—people could already download notes to their iPod if they wanted to keep something online, and the text limits are, you know, limiting. But I'm a formats whore and I appreciate someone trying to establish an open standard. Now if they only had more than two sites online supporting the format.

Also, in case you couldn't tell, this is going to be an iPod-heavy day. We'll get through it... together.
