Is it there or ain't it there? PSP fanatics have been whirling themselves into a frenzy today as the v2.0 firmware appears and then disappears like a magical wood fairy. The result? Everyone hates Sony.

From what we can tell, CNET and Engadget have found and then lost the firmware multiple times today.
