Users log on to the service, searching for love. After one minute of intense video chatting, potential Romeos and Juliets declare "I'm Wooed" or "No thanks." When both users are smitten, a mere $1 investment per party allows for the exchange of contact info (and subsequently, STDs).

Why do some posts about sites/services include the link to the site/service and others do not? Don't get me wrong, a quick google-ing found the site, and was pretty painless. Was just curious if this was on purpose.

I am all for speed, but I am not sure one minute is enough (especially on cam) to get to know a person enough to one word label them for the rest of their lives. One word for this site and service: NoThanksIWillPassAndUseMyMinuteReadingGiz
WooMe was a very impressive presentation at TC40 - compelling platform to create interactive sessions. Seems much more compelling than the Menlo company that is just a niche dating site.
