    I think these devices DONT tell you whats going on...
    You are redirecting your audio to the USB slot, insted of the Sound card. NOW to play your games while listening to music, you have to Listen threw your MAIN stereo...
    find a driver to slit the difference, and send AUDIO to the device you WANT...I aint found one.
    I would rather them to LET ME, have an A/B switch OFF my audio output, and THEN If I want to listen to Music OFF the stereo system, I can send it Wireless by flipping the switch.

    This was on sale today as well on woot.com for the w00t off! don't remember the price though, but I think we will be seeing it on woot again for the next w00t off! Can't find it now to see the price as it seems server is overloaded.
