"I have the Sony 300 Disc CD changer for oh, 7 years or so now.......never had a problem with it, best bang for the buck, it was only 180 bucks.....the carosel like mechanism that holds all the discs is pretty durable, as I've had no issues with it FAILzing on meiz........"

"Had a 10 band equalizer mounted to the hump between driver and passenger seat in my 1979 Chevette, it caught on fire and luckily the carpet did not burst into flames.......I think the equalizer committed suicide for being hooked up to a Kraco stereo tape deck....."
