I have more than once wanted to buy one and could not find one in the airport shops. It seems like accessories are where these kiosks would really shine.

<![CDATA[Boulderlaw commented on FCC Head Wants to Bust Open Cable and the Internet (But Without Neutrality Rules)]]> If ISPs don't satisfy consumers that opens the door for competition, which creates better solutions for consumers. Net neutrality only helps to delay the creative destruction that competition spurs. As in most things, ISPs may get worse before they get better.

<![CDATA[Boulderlaw commented on Question of the Day: Do You Support Hands-Free Laws?]]> "Those Who Sacrifice Liberty For Security Deserve Neither." - Ben Franklin

Even the smallest affront to liberty in the name of safety makes the world a more dangerous place because such policies destroy the notion that each of us is responsible for our decisions. There can be no safety without personal responsibility and no personal responsibility without liberty.

<![CDATA[Boulderlaw commented on Class Action Lawsuit Accuses Carriers of Text Message Price Gouging]]> No one has a right to a value except on terms set by the owner of the value. Moreover, in a free market no price is set without input from the consumer. This is especially true for luxury services like text messaging. If the price is higher than the consumer values the service, the consumer won't buy the service at the original price and the price will therefore be reduced.

I won't join the class and I'll opt out if I get the opportunity. This will only line the pockets of the lawyers and result in higher rates for consumers.

<![CDATA[Boulderlaw commented on First Netflix Streaming Box Review, $100 and Unlimited Downloads!]]> How about a coupon for Mac users who have been screwed out of Netflix streaming since it started? Or to anyone who has never used the streaming service?

This would be a great way for Netflix to create some subscriber loyalty, but at $100 I won't buy it and I will still consider dropping Netflix.

<![CDATA[Boulderlaw commented on New Indy Movie LEGO Sets Offer Exclusive Peek Into Crystal Skull]]> "In a daring escape from the Soviets (not as bad as the Nazis, but we still hate them)"

Come again? Stalin killed far more people than Hitler and the communist Soviet empire enslaved far more people. Not as bad as the Nazis? No, much worse.

They are both evil political ideologies, but let's be accurate.
