"While this is pretty sweet, like all app store apps, when you quit, the music stops.
Though a bit pricey (20 euros), remote buddy ([www.iospirit.com]) sets up an ajax library browser that runs off a machine locally:
- doesn't require third party network to run
- simplify app took many tries to see all the same libraries it sees on my computer
- appears to load faster than the initial loading of the simplify app
- because the files play through mobile safari's quicktime plugin, they can keep playing in the background
- On the iphone, with a large library, it makes sense to have things better delineated than a long list."
"
I'm surprised to see GSM celebrate so quietly, given that every time my phone's about to ring in my car it sounds like someone's put a sybian in the trunk."
