While iOS may be very intuitive, it doesn't seem to work as well on a tablet. To me, I think you need more of an "open" design (not open source) for a tablet. And I think multitasking should be more than tapping the home button twice, with a row of recently used apps appearing. Honeycomb, QNX, and WebOS just seem to be better for tablets than iOS. IMO, of course.
I'm not saying they're stupid, I'm just saying that they don't think products not Apple are any good, even though they might be. Basically, many "normal" people (especially where I live) don't really know anything about products that aren't Apple, therefore they don't know about aforementioned tablets.
Just because the hardware is better, doesn't mean that the overall experience will be better. The TouchPad, Xoom, and PlayBook may all have better interfaces, and possibly better guts, but people see the Apple logo and that's what they want. And Verizon probably will screw up the Xoom with pricing.
With this business with the Xoom having but not having Blur,
Could the version of Blur on the Droid X and Droid 2 be Verizon exclusive versions of Blur? Because you'd think that after many irate reviews and consumers displeased with the Cliq Blur, they'd tone it down and put Droid Blur on phones that aren't found on Verizon.
