<![CDATA[CubFan81 commented on MLB At Bat iPhone On Sale Because You Have to Re-Buy It Every Season]]> I never bought the app, but if you go to the mobile version of ESPN and click through to the game, there's an option to go "Live" and have the phone update after each pitch. It uses a display similar to the one on ESPN's Gamecast so you can see pitch location, the count, guys on, etc. It even shows the batter's stats against RHP if he's facing one, his season stats, and that section even updates after each pitch with whatever his stats are after an 0-1 count, or 2-2 count or whatever it currently is.

I tried it while watching a game and with Wi-Fi it was anywhere from 5-10 seconds behind so it's not bad.

<![CDATA[CubFan81 commented on Brando's Traffic Prompters Bring Out Your Inner Frank Drebin]]> My first speeding ticket was from a cop on the side of the road in a rusted mid '70s beater. I flew past and he whips out one of those lights and gets me. It still bugs me.

<![CDATA[CubFan81 commented on Electronic Newspapers Get Closer: Plastic Logic E-Newspaper To Be Unveiled]]> Please let this not be a disappointment. My recycle bin can't handle more than 3 weeks of daily newspaper deliveries and the only pick it up once a month. It would theoretically help newpapers survive by eliminating massive costs for paper and delivery if you could setup a daily email or download and just have the device check every morning at 3:30 over your home Wi-Fi.
