"I dl'd the update, stopped Safari from unzipping, changed the extension to .ipsw, OPT click the Update button, chose the file, iTunes opens the package, then I get a random Error and the iPhone is no longer on my iTunes source list, and it must be disconnected and reconnected to the USB in order for me to repeat and fail again."
