@gameamaze: Plus has paid for itself so many times over. DC online, Killzone 3 beta, Countless full games, minis, original PSone titles. Little Big Planet! I got Samurai showdown this Wednesday just gone. Countless price reductions also. I love it. Unlike Xbox Live you feel like you are being constantly rewarded, and getting decent online play out of it.
I was skeptical about playing MAG with move, but after giving it a bit of time i now consider it cheating. It makes it so easy to get head shots. far better than with the dualshock. more like using a mouse and keyboard.
@brosef.foulks: They don't even own the I.P. It was first owned by Universal, then Vivendi and now some bloke who hangs outside Walmart asking for change.
@Manly McBeeferton: Well until there is something that makes the $199 price point worth while. I'm not interested. And to be honest with you; this review is not making me want to part with my cash.
@carl-on-duty: It is dangerous, but it does not stop it from being perceived as art by at least one person. Every opinion is valid by the way. no matter how foreign or extreme that opinion may be. The beauty of opinions is that no one has to have the "right" opinion. The thought police have not got to us all yet...
@carl-on-duty: Yes. you are correct. The beauty of art is that art can be found anywhere, and trigger different emotions in whoever is viewing them. Schindler's List and the Pianist are considered art, yet their subject matter deals with the Holocaust. That does not mean that I think the actual act of the Holocaust was art, but someone may think that. In my eyes they would be pretty sick in the head, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion on what is and what is not art. My definition certainly is not absurd. You just have to appreciate the fact that other people have opinions that differ to your own. no matter how alien or absurd you may think they are.
