"It seems to me that the video game industry may be getting a little big for it's britches - it's still a customer oriented business and if customers do not buy their product, then they have not met their goals. This is the second time in a week where an answer from PR has been less than satisfactory (to me), the first being the lack of a PC version due to a wide variety of processors and a lack of ability of the programmers to scale for those processors. I noticed a similar trend about half a year ago in the Criterion forums where the comments about a lack of a traditional crash-mode in the then-upcoming Burnout (no, Showtime does not count)."
