<![CDATA[Comments from Log1c]]> <![CDATA[Comments from Log1c]]> <![CDATA[Log1c commented on The Real Cylons From The Battlestar You Never Saw]]> Also it reminds me of the Nanosuit from Crysis.

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on The Real Cylons From The Battlestar You Never Saw]]> @Aethyr: I dunno, these are pretty awesome. I can't figure out if I like the more human look compared to the unholy killing machine look.

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on The Look Of Clone Wars Will Be Gritty, Not Pretty]]> @KirkLazarus: Yeah but consider that you could just blast them the hell out of the way, and/or force choke the crap out of em... Might be kinda fun.

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on The Look Of Clone Wars Will Be Gritty, Not Pretty]]> @KirkLazarus: Lots of people are. And I'll tell you why, George Lucas isn't involved.

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Forget The Drink — True Blood Is All About Sex, Sex, Sex]]> I can identify one large problem, Anna Paquin is a virgin.

That being said, I pretty much expect sex and violence from HBO. Looks like they will deliver on the sex.

@TheDormouse: Wonder if it will change because they recast someone.

<![CDATA[Log1c commented on This Is What Ender's Game Will Look Like From Now On]]> @SigmundTheSeaMonster: October, its at the end of the article ;)

@Ceiling90: @capntim: Ditto, Ender's Game was excellent. Speaker for the Dead was still pretty good, Xenocide and Children of the Mind were fucking odd. I never actually finished Children.

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on This Is What Ender's Game Will Look Like From Now On]]> Okay, I suppose I can let that slide.

The battlesuits actually look pretty good.

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Your Universe Is Officially Godless, According to Marvel]]> So its going to be better than the 90's cartoon eh? That thing was like kiddie cocaine to me... I might have to watch this at some point then. Too bad the art looks pretty stupid.

Also, interdimensional beings are probably a better way to go than straight up gods, because what fun would that be?

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Welcome to Comic-Con Day 2]]> @92BuickLeSabre: Its pretty similar to the "Stand away from Rhino spray" signs at the zoo.

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on No More Billy For BSG]]> Thats what they want you to think...

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on How Does Your Hero Measure Up On Our Wish-Fulfillment Checklist?]]> @j4yx0r: Yeah but what are his superpowers? Intelligence? I want me some world altering kind of powers.

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on The $2000 DanBall Relieves Stress, Keeps Typing Fingers Limbered Up]]> @DustyButt: Oh please. It'd need bigger holes.

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on How Does Your Hero Measure Up On Our Wish-Fulfillment Checklist?]]> Atreides and Superman for the win.

Pretty much I'm in for superpowers + gets laid. Becoming a God/King is just a bonus.

<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Rinse Out Your Day Glo Unitards — It's Time For Tron 2]]> @I Think We're Property: Yeah I think the video game Tron 2.0 did a better job. This is like what they did with JUMPER and called it JMPR, which was stupid.

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Greg Broadmore: Friend to Rayguns]]> @strider_mt2k: Fine but radar stays on.

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Yahoo Music Shutting Down DRM Servers To Finish Transition to Rhapsody]]> @lordargent: The problem here is that you expect the RIAA to care about the consumer, I'd bet as far as they are concerned since the provider has changed, its completely new music and therefor you should pay for it again.

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Yahoo Music Shutting Down DRM Servers To Finish Transition to Rhapsody]]> Ha ha. This is what you get for being a shitty consumer.

Thanks for your cash,

Yahoo!

<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Letterman Mows Down a Pleo with a $1,000 R/C Monster Truck]]> @Brian Sexton: Yeah thats the only problem, no video exists... *tear* because that would have been fantastic.

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Letterman Mows Down a Pleo with a $1,000 R/C Monster Truck]]> The battlebots one was better.

<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Greg Broadmore: Friend to Rayguns]]> And I want that Pin-up.

<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Greg Broadmore: Friend to Rayguns]]> Those are some pretty awesome rayguns. We can definitely never have enough of those.

<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Moore's Law Revitalized by 12-Nanometer Chip-Fabbing Invention]]> @Log1c: SHIT! stupid html formatting. I just wanted to bold silicon.

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Moore's Law Revitalized by 12-Nanometer Chip-Fabbing Invention]]> @jorvay: Moore's Law could still exist far far into the future. The thing that everyone misquotes is that Moore's Law on silicon is nearing its end, the lithography techniques are starting to hit X-Ray wavelengths and those are a pain in the ass to generate.

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented]]> Considering we froze Lucas himself in carbonite, and he is going to release the original series in 3D! afterwards. If we apply the same thing to Jar-Jar the end result will be episodes 1.1,2.1,3.1 staring Jar-Jar.

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Find Out What Transformers 2 Is Really About]]> Hah! Take that Charlie! I have to watch Middleman because of you and now you are watching Eureka because of ice cream.

Thats right, those two things are totally similar....

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Science Bloopers (and Successes) from Battlestar Galactica]]> @Pope John Peeps II: Hmm. Explode might be too harsh then...

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Rinse Out Your Day Glo Unitards — It's Time For Tron 2]]> @92BuickLeSabre: Right, "this thread is useless without pics!" Or in this case, footage... Where is that shaky-cam YouTube footage when you need it.

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Science Bloopers (and Successes) from Battlestar Galactica]]> As absurd as it seems, if you are ever launched out an airlock, just exhale. You'll explode from decompressing air in your lungs, like the bends but with death as a side effect. You'll most likely suffocate first, then freeze, vacuums are horrible at heat transfer and your body sucks at radiating heat.

<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Wolverine Busts Out His Claws]]> @GoGoGodzilla: +1 on the Cable vote.

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Day the Earth Stood Still: Bigger Ships, More Fighting, Total Eco-Awareness]]> I think the case would still hold true for nuclear weapons development. No need to shift it too 'omg co2!'

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Wolverine Busts Out His Claws]]> There we go, some SDCC news! Sounds good so far I especially can't wait for Deadpool.

And its a Wolverine movie, it should be almost entirely him fighting stuff.

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Great Opening Sentences From Science Fiction]]> The important part, though, is how many of these are good books? ie what is the good opening line : good book ratio?

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on NASA's First Solar-Sail Powered Craft Set to Ride on a Stream of Photons Next Week]]> I thought NASA decided space sail's weren't effective means of propulsion. They should be testing some Xenon drives as well.

<![CDATA[Log1c commented on A Taste of the Comic-Con Expo Floor]]> Nooooooo. Blocked videos... I'll have to watch hours! of io9 when I get home.

<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Now You Have an Even Better Excuse to Snarf Ritalin]]> @carlstreator: Oh sorry, I'm not narking you, we are most likely on the same page concerning over-medication.

@kolacek: Sure does make diagnosing actual mental disorders a bitch doesn't it?

]]>
<![CDATA[Log1c commented on Now You Have an Even Better Excuse to Snarf Ritalin]]> @carlstreator: I have a friend who literally wouldn't function well without his medication. However I believe a lot of these people are self diagnosed and have convinced their brain that it can't function without it. In that case I completely agree with Plague that they should man up and try other techniques besides medication to 'treat' their illness.

The brain is more powerful than people give it credit for, even in those people who are idiots to begin with.
