I am currently involved in a "case competition" on NetFlix. Basically it's a researched presentation about strategic options for making more moolah. I think it's kinda rediculous that you'd suck Apple's nuts over the iPhone, (still mostly just a phone that costs a hell of a lot more than a phone) and bitch about paying more for high def movies. I mean, didn't dvd's cost a hell of a lot more than VHS at first? Didn't CD's cost an arm and a leg? It's called product life cycle. Learn it. Know it. Love it. Live it. Buy it. Rent it.

In all honesty, as an accounting student and future CPA, I would have to advise you to NOT EVER POST TAX "HELP" or "INFORMATION" on your website. It exposes you to liability. You don't even have a disclaimer on the page.

I used a PC running a professional version of office for over 12 hours today. I had 4 crashes of explorer.exe, I had multiple non-responses from outlook and excel. I look forward to being home, not to be away from work, but to be away from that god damned pc. Santa should kill him.

I agree with Mayor above. The real draw for me reading the FSJ stories was the secretive nature of who was writing them. I probably will be less likely to read his blog now that it's moving to Forbes.com. My guess is that much of the value of the FSJ persona came from the fact that the true identity was always in question. Now that it's not, the value is dwindling. My verdict: Forbes will pay him a flat fee to use the FSJ blog on their website but will not give him a raise.

I recall watching an episode of Brainiac on G4 that had a short segment about "beating the crane game." Essentially what you do is camp out near a machine and wait until someone wins, then begin counting until you see someone else win. Once you figure out the number of turns it takes to win you wait again, appropriately shoving others out of the way when that magical turn number arrives again. Although I have never tried this myself, and am entirely skeptical, it's worth a try. Although not necessarily worth the drive to NJ. (I am from NJ, lived here my whole life therefore I am allowed to rip on the "armpit of America" without persecution from others.
