Interesringly I have heard of various schools which require macbooks or (Macbook pros) in particular for school work. And thsi brings on the related topic about schools/colleges forcing you to use Windows or OSX. My 6th form has mostly Windows but the Media and art rooms has iMacs.

Be glad that at least your ISP doesn't watch your usage like a hawk and will send letters to you and report you to the BPI (british equivalent of the RIAA) if you use P2P or BitTorrent.

The ISP I have is Virgin Media... they also advertise as unlimited downloads but will charge people who use to much.

You know Dubai isn't the only snowdome in the world. As far as I know there is one in Singapore, Milton Keynes (UK) and one is being built in Hemel Hempstead (UK. Where I Live!). I;m sure there are plenty more.

Why do they release updates so quickly? Surely if it isn't a big change they can release it a s a software update rather than a new OS. I only got Leopard in December and am NOT paying for OSX Domestic Cat after 1 year.
