"In the recent Hulk movie, when General Ross gets the super soldier serum (for Blonsky) from cold storage, you can see a Stark Industries label on the container with the name of the project ("Weapon Plus") and project director ("Reinstein").
So it seems like they're planning to tie Stark Industries defense contracts all the way back to WWII."
"I'm guessing the ATI graphics adapter of this baby is "discrete", not "discreet"; unless one assumes the whole graphics operation runs modestly or prudently..."
"Despite the fact that I have a deep respect for Leice and I would give a kidney for a camera body and a glass like that; I won't let you disrespect Canon either.
This following lens was in production more than forty years ago:

"@nutbastard: Not that I agree with the comment that you replied to, but there should not be a wide difference between the people and the government.

"40D was rated at 6.5 fps continuous, while this one is a smidgen slower at 6.3 fps.
Since the pixel count is higher and the body is essentially the same, the new processor (Digic IV) seems to be considerably faster to preserve the continuous speed.
Some other features that seem to have trickled down, such as AF tuning for individual lenses and new live view AF modes are really tasty.
I'm just glad it's not shiny enough an upgrade to 40D to make me go buy one."
