"I just happened on this forum while looking for something else, but I had to comment.A few days after the January Software came out, Apple was refunding the $20 fee paid by early Touch buyers.The way it worked was you purchased the Upgrade, then contacted Apple, I called Tech Support, and arrangements were made to reimburse me via my credit card the fee for the upgrade."
