<![CDATA[Brian Lam commented on Philippe Kahn Sailing Across the Great Blue Pacific Again]]> @Chester_Copperpot: did the last liveblog for apple using 5d. Fucking hated it. Not really any superior to my particular uses than the 40D, but I have very particular livebloggy gadgety uses for my gear.

]]>
<![CDATA[Brian Lam commented on Philippe Kahn Sailing Across the Great Blue Pacific Again]]> @ppiddy: Everything I shoot with the d300 and this lens comes out better than with the 40d I've been using. And I use them both a lot. The equivalent would be a kodak film compared to a fuji. Got it?

<![CDATA[Brian Lam clipped Fake Steve Starts Real Dan Lyons Blog]]> <![CDATA[Brian Lam commented on On Esquire's Stupid E-Ink Cover]]> @hologon: I read wired and fortune, the atlantic monthly, sometimes the new yorker (which is usually pretty boring beyond the features), and I hope once in awhile to find an awesome feature in GQ or Esquire. Their front of the book and lists are pretty much blog level content, but late and warmed over so many times you don't want to bother with it.

Wired's Front of book needs a freaking asme award, though.

]]>
<![CDATA[Brian Lam commented on On Esquire's Stupid E-Ink Cover]]> Oh but your first comment was right on. I do think that a lot of shit out there is bad, but esquire is getting its ass handed to it by the atlantic monthly, etc.

<![CDATA[Brian Lam commented on On Esquire's Stupid E-Ink Cover]]> @sgthalka: Same re your comment, baby. Same re your comment.

]]>
<![CDATA[Brian Lam commented on On Esquire's Stupid E-Ink Cover]]> @James: When the website and reporting can use it, they should stick to their core. That's a straw man argument from you re the children if I've ever seen one.

<![CDATA[Brian Lam commented on On Esquire's Stupid E-Ink Cover]]> @Secret Agent Man: I love esquire, I just dont' like what they're up to.

<![CDATA[Brian Lam commented on On Esquire's Stupid E-Ink Cover]]> @Ryan H: Whoa, stunning idea.

]]>
<![CDATA[Brian Lam commented on On Esquire's Stupid E-Ink Cover]]> Agreed with all. Guy in charge of multimillion dollar budget of the great Esquire has less clue than Gizmodo commenters.

<![CDATA[Brian Lam clipped On Esquire's Stupid E-Ink Cover]]> <![CDATA[Brian Lam commented on Editor Ryan Block Leaving Engadget]]> Ryan is freaking good at what he does, and for the record, I think we've got a better commenter situation, but thats only because of the hammer.

I mean, come on, get a hotel room. Or seeing a sexed up photo on the top of a post with zero sexual context and for no reason.
