Hey Man. I'm actually doing really well soon. I'm kinda surprised, as previous times i haven't been able to keep it up. I just recently was on a cruise (which is why i haven't been commenting a lot), so the temptation came back a little bit (along with a few pounds), but I am still losing weight. Right now I am down to about 165, nearly 20 pounds lighter than in late february. Pretty much restricting myself to diet drinks and running at the local gym (which is also pretty amazing 'cause i am now designing their website 'cause i've become buddy buddy with them) a few days a week.

How's your progress? Feeling pretty good about yourself? I am amazed how much more active i feel, and that I prefer to take the stairs in a parking garage compared to the elevator now, hehe.

Yeah, it just kind of showed up one day. Don't know how I earned it, or if.

Back when you got your star, I think it really meant something.

Now I think they give them out like condoms at the Free Clinic.

Not really, I was just looking for a chance to use that line.
