it should have voice recognition. imagine using the quick add feature in google calendar. if you wanted to set up a todo with a reminder, you could just say something, then the phone would remind you later.

it would be cool if it just showed time and, when someone called you, the face, name, or number of whoever was calling you, and you could touch the face to answer. a mobile internet device could handle everything else, so it would be much less bulky.

The hardware should be just like the iPhone, perhaps with a slightly larger screen, and a smaller border around the screen. It should have 3G and GPS, too, and stereo bluetooth. Google services should be well integrated. I agree with 32 GB of flash memory being a good idea.

Touch screen keyboards can replace physical keyboards and mice. I am typing this on a touch screen and it's fine. I agree with 1stage--haptic feedback would be great.

The RAZR is a mark of prosperity. Apple products are a mark of prosperity AND snobbiness, which turns a lot of people off. The iPhone will be Apple's least snobby product, but it will still annoy people.
