    "1)Premise Technicians for U-verse MUST disconnect any old cables and cap the ones not being used in either direction, with the idea that if the cust wants to revert back to the old service the lines are still usable.2)Cable guy is notorious for amping up a signal and throwing it in any direction without regard for how many splitters or open lines there are, thus avoiding an attic crawl or any extra time to scope out a job right."
