FYI about putting money in a meter for another MINI. While that sounds great on the surface, a friend of mine found out that can be a problem. In many localities, it is actually illegal to feed a meter for someone else. In fact, a meter that has a 2 hour limit doesn't mean you can come back and put more money in it... it means, after 2 hours, you're supposed to vacate the space. Personally, I think it's great that you do that... just wanted you to be aware so you aren't shocked if a police officer hands you a citation. :)
