I was just on youtube and I saw this youtube video again. It seems like Apple isn't the old happy company it used to be and is more stern and serious. They don't have funny, amusing ads about their computers. It seems that they're products lack personality and the personification Apple used to give them. Anyway, this video was kinda nostalgic for me.
@OreoExplosion: The first unibody MacBooks and MacBook Pro updates were ridiculous, with 2 months in between pretty major updates. The early MacBook adopters in that case got screwed.
I made some coffee with a french press. Pretty good. I tried to make a hot air balloon with a basket, trash bag, candles, and some internal computer fans. Not so good...
EDIT: I forgot to add mild feelings of anxiety and disorientation (the kind that makes you want to operate heavy machinery, despite your doctor's warnings) to the list of materials nghtygfy... Whoops! I got some anxiety stuck in my keyboard.
@Kaiser-Machead v.2.1.1: All I have for my island are normal chairs, and it sucks being at eye level of the island top and trying to type. Good for watching bugs, though.
@OMG! Ponies!: Ooh! I have an island, but sans-stools, and that's just not right. Plus, it's often coated in a thin layer of sadness, angst, the souls of the undead, and pocket lint.
