I've used Pidgen pretty extensively, and even in early beta, Messages blows it away.
"Worth" is not the same as "priced at."
It's a difference in strategies, by the same company, on the same line of products. Nokia is making a hard push to be as aggressively inexpensive as it can be. That is a very good choice coming into the US market as it is. This is the diametric opposite approach, and even considering the unlocked phone, it's still massively overpriced.

You Can Stream Hulu Plus on the Wii Now
February 16, 2012 – Hulu Plus—home of the estimable Criterion Collection—is now available for streaming on the Wii. Hulu doesn't have quite the streaming catalogue of Netflix, but it's got a decent amount of current TV shows and movies, and of course those Criterion films.
