"The first example I've seen of this effect was the experimental film of Zbigniew Rybczyński entitled "The Fourth Dimension" (1988), a really mesmerizing short. He may have even helped developed this particular effect, but I'm not sure. BONUS: He also directed a number of music videos, including Art of Noise's "Close to the Edit" and Cameo's "Candy"!"

"Just a quick comment on the method described above: Adding an email address to your personal settings, and checking the "confirmations" box will send a 'confirmation' of every Jott to that email address - every list entry, calendar, entry, etc. The method desribed here certainly works, but that seems like a bad idea, especially if yo want to use Jott to send different things to different places (lists, calendar, email), and will clutter Evernote with a bunch of duplicate confirmation notices for all those destinations. A better way is to go into Jott, and add a NEW CONTACT - say we call it 'Evernote' - with your Evernote email address."
