I remember that SC64 had canon missions that the PC version didn't have that told you what happened to Stukov (infested) and all sorts of crazy things. And due to some glitch in Diablo (don't remember exactly but probably the removal of duping, or at least that in conjunction with something else) made it actually more fun on the PS1, apparently.
