I believe this post was about books being downloaded to a device, not the series itself. There's no need to complain about it, if you don't like the article's subject then just don't click or read the article.
I installed this and let it look at my facebook and gmail and texts to learn my style. If i start from a blank text, the first line it will put in without any intervention is "I am a beautiful person." I didn't know this thing doubled as a morale booster!
Later on it goes on to inform me that "I have 550 dollars in bills a month." and that "I am the creator of the focus in a. :-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-):-)"
i think they are saying there will be more data per transfer, so not faster than light, but more data in the transfer. If the transfer rate stays the same but the data transferred in that time increases, then the data is transferred faster.
@HK-47: f.lux is an awesome program that will "warm" the screen as the night goes on so its easier on the eyes. pretty sure i saw it on lifehacker a few months back!
@Jesus Diaz: So would colonizing an uninhabitable rock a few hundred thousand miles away. I'm pretty sure making new discoveries of planets light years away would be more beneficial and forward thinking than colonizing the moon. It would be like learning about another culture by staying in your neighbors house for a week, instead of going to another country.
@dagamer34: I'm pretty sure you got the high limit thanks to your mom, i dont think you can have your own credit card if you're under 18. I got my first CC at 18 with a 1000 dollar limit.
2 1.2 ghz processors does not equal 2.4 ghz. Other than that blantantly false statement that should be removed, the touchpad tablet looks pretty cool, and i'm glad to see a hardware maker step up to provide a rival to the ipad.
When i click the Home icon on the right nav bar, it always loads the same links from when the site design first got implemented? i have to actually reload the page or go back to gizmodo.com home page to see the new articles again. tried this on multiple computers. #bugs
@DirtyDogg: They don't mine data, but if they find you using chrome and bing at the same time they wipe your google account and steal your identity for the greater good.
@MrSmoofy: In a very untechnical description, each Regional Internet Registry purchases "blocks" of IP addresses for use in different parts of the world. These blocks are then allotted to ISPs as needed based on rules and criteria such as need and purpose etc. These IP addresses are going to be used up, but the RIR's still have a few blocks remaining in their stores.
Ah, the title misled me, i thought that the man refused the rental, not that the man WAS refused a rental. Didn't the movie get good reviews? i've never seen it because it looked terrible, but i'm surprised at the positive reviews it received.
@Erik The Red: I dont think you have to wipe data and cache for a root, only for some custom roms. Every phone i've rooted is fairly simple. look for z4root, its a gui interface, really simple.
