When a piece of cable (uh that I installed) puked recently the guys that came out actually did a fast and efficient job of locating the problem, even replacing some cable ends for me just to make sure that it was indeed my crummy old hunk of scrap that was screwing everything up.

I would normally LOVE to hate on 'em right with you, but I have to give them credit, at least this time.
