"If Majors in USAF are chained to a desk and do data entry/manipulation in Excel, I wonder what do Captains and Lt.'s do. Copy/paste files between folders so that Majors can merge them in Excel? Bureaucracy in the most technologically advanced fighting force in the world - doing same mundane stuff just on newer computers."
