Listen. I said I was finished before, but I need to correct your misinformation FOR THE LAST TIME. I was incorrect about Movado's ownership of Concord. Forgive me. That doesn't mean my "information is completely wrong." I'm not quite sure why the debate devolved into name-calling, but I really don't appreciate it. The gay comments were ENTIRELY uncalled for. Just because you disagree with Grifter and myself doesn't mean that no one agrees with us. I fully support your right to your own opinion. However, I don't support your trying to provoke a very long, drawn-out argument.
The only reason I keep coming back to this post (against my better judgement, by the way) is because I simply don't like defamation against me as a person. Especially about something so utterly mundane as taste in watches.
Grifter wasn't trying to impress anyone. He was simply making a statement about property he owned. I'm not quite sure why you took so much offense, as by your own writing, you don't seem to be lacking in mid- to higher-end horologic pieces yourself. You need to cool off. There was no need to make it so personal. Like I stated before, the only reason I originally posted was to point out the fact that Giz had written about tourbillons previously. Please. Just let it die. If you want to take the last word, I'm perfectly fine with that. I only request that you please try not to commit any further attacks against Grifter and myself. Again, as I had written before, I'll be the first person to admit when I was wrong, as I was when I stated that Movado didn't own Concord. You made some very good points. That being said, you also have to admit to yourself that Grifter and myself made some very good points as well. Let's try to end this in a mature manner, shall we?
