"@Phanta, @L3G10N: Statistical sampling is the basis for polls and an area that a lot of people are unfamiliar with, but it certainly doesn't mean that it's not valid. Statistical samples are often done with a 95% confidence interval meaning that the sample mean will be within the specified interval containing the true mean 95% of the time."
