Palm OS 3.x was the first Palm OS to support color (a whopping 8-bits of it!), context-sensitive menu items and a mobile internet kit, which included support for multiple email accounts, a WAP browser, SMS support and web clipping software (an early attempt to work around a lack of full HTML). Also worth noting is that Handspring's first PDA Phone, the Treo 180, ran a monochrome version of OS 3.5.2.
