Once again, the approval process for iPhone applications has proved baffling with the inclusion of Puff—an app that allows users to generate endless upskirts by blowing on their phone.

There doesn't appear to be any actual nudity in this one, but I seem to recall other apps being rejected for less than this. The app is currently on a limited time sale for $1, but there is a good chance that won't last long before Apple gets cold feet on defining what exactly is appropriate for a 17+ rating.
