Windows Phone Mango Will Start Trickling Out on Sept. 27So it begins. After rumors of a release coming as soon as this week, Microsoft has just about confirmed them. This Tuesday, AT&T customers with the HTC Surround, LG Quantum, and Samsung Focus will get a fresh Mango update.

The HTC HD7S will get the update sometime next month. Word about updates to the rest of the WP7 library is sure to come soon. [Thanks, Jesse!]
