The offputing images come from ad agency Rosapark for a group called Innocence en Danger, an international non-profit devoted to fighting the sexual abuse of children. It's a gross-out play on the famous New Yorker cartoon; on the internet, nobody knows you're a perv. And what's hiding behind that winky face might just be creeper.
