    @prestigious: How would that differ from a regular ring flash?


    Most flashes and strobes' white balance are very close to sunlight 5600K and so are most white LEDs

    @Andy Nguyen: But LEDs produce such a narrow spectrum (typically anyway) that even if they are only a little off it become really obvious and hard to adjust for.
