Why is it that the HP Mini 1000 is always skipped over when netbooks are being discussed on posts, reviews, and general netbook comparisons? I really don't get this... The HP Mini 1000 is one of the best netbooks on the market right now and yet it wasn't even mentioned in this hackintosh netbook compatibility chart? And yet the older HP netbook was mentioned.
Hopefully things change because I'm getting really tired of this. And yes, I own a HP Mini 1000...
I'm going to try and keep it up to date, and would like to add more machines, so if you've got corrections, updates, etc., fire it out way and I'll fix the chart.
I'd recommend the Dell Mini 9, especially if you're willing to go with a refurb while they're doing an additional 20% off coupon deal in the outlet store. [www.dell.com] You can get a Mini 9 with a 16Gig SSD, shipped, for under $300.
And the posters and contributors at [www.mydellmini.com] have made it really easy to install OSX.
OMG, am I the only one that misread the title and thought that they were selling them for $70, period. I was about to get my internet buying finger ready to get five.

I've just added the HP 1000. It's my favorite netbook so far, so I hope the OSX kinks are rolled out soon!
