While I do enjoy some porn, there's no way in hell that I would play that shit on my laptop in public. I'm not that desperate for Sardine on Mackerel action.

Blocking it just requires additional software that could potentially block non-porn sites for legit uses. Also, porn blockers are notoriously ineffective, much like the TSA.
I say don't get your panties in a knot over it. If and when it became a problem, there are always fallbacks that kick in, such as public decency laws, and codes of conduct that I'm sure the airlines employ to deal with unruly passengers or inappropriate behavior.
Let's not go censoring things "just in case" when the supposed cure is both ineffective and unnecessary.
