    It might have been nice if they'd put even the tiniest bit of effort into making it look attractive. Or perhaps they are going for that college dorm room bricks-and-boards look.

    i think this is hideous! Why does one even need two subs on each side of the screen. I can see this canceling each other out and not sounding pure at all.

    @mantis350: It is actually the opposite. Dual subs help reduce standing waves and 'dead zones' in your room. This all depends on placement, but 2 subs are almost always better then one.

    @Fantasysage: It HEAVILY depends upon placement. I would think that having two subs that closely together would sound awful. Of course they don't look so much like real subs... but rather like Boselike "bass modules" to me....so it's probably a moot point.
