    Random, only slightly on-topic questions: What's the default Android music/video "Player" like? I've never messed around with it (the OS) but I'm thinking of getting an Android phone once one of the new ones drop (mostly because of its semi open-source nature). Anyone have any good/bad reviews on the included player? Is there an included player?

    gizmodo is really becoming hard to read. every non-apple article on hear has a hint of the not-as-good-as-it-should-be feeling to it. 'unrefined' and 'OS we originally hoped for' subtle they may be, are still little jabs that infuse ideas of mediocre and subpar to casual readers or potential adopters. i'm not fanboy of any company, but the anything-but-apple sentiment seems to shine through every sentence these guys write.

    @Wyatt Christopher Lewis: The "originally hoped for" bit refers to the fact that we're seeing Android improve in fundamental ways, as planned. That we hadn't seen that yet has nothing to do with what anyone thinks of the OS, an everything to do with the fact that it hasn't been out that long, and hasn't had time to go through a real update cycle yet.


    I'm glad to see feature-adds like this, partially because they represent something that Apple DOES NOT do well, and that we were promised with the OS.
