On a similar not, I got 4 Blu-rays from Amazon today all in almost exact size padded envelopes instead of the smaller boxes i was used to...it was a nice eco-friendly change!

It sucks but can actually save the shipper (and you) a decent amount of money on shipping at the expense of resources.

"Sustainable Markets"
"Environmental Buisness" = Essentially equivalent to "busness sustainability", but the dept had a thing about using the 'enviro-something something' names to hype the dept...
or,
"Environmental Citizenship" = Covered a whole unit on identifying truly sustainable and responsibly marketed products.
The only business I can ever recall discussing as an end-to-end case study was Patagonia. And those hippies be craaaazy... But they can make some damn warm fleece out of recycled PET1 bottles!
