    Of course, nothing's stopping one of these things from attracting real ants. Actually, if I had one, I think I'd lace it with sugar water so the fake ants would have real ants to keep them company lo those lonely nights in the pantry.

    I knew a sweet little granny who used to occasionally get ants in her house bur she didnt like pesticides. She used to put a cookie on a saucer and set it on the shelf in her pantry and wait for ants to get all over it. I saw her whip open the door, grab the saucer and throw it, ants and all, into a sink with hot water and laugh maniacally as they all died. She would then load it back up and into the pantry a new cookie would go to do it all over again.


    Sweet little granny scared the hell out of me.....
