Wow, I just found an old dual 5.25 disk drive for an apple II. I miss the old logo and that greenish beige color all the apples were until Mac game out in gray.

I know this might not be the right place to post but were Steve Jobs and Woz ever gay? I mean I know Woz was with Kathy Griffin and El Jobso is married but whats up with that gay colored Apple?

Anyone know the story?

@spyz88: I'm pretty certain that there was a point in time where the rainbow color spectrum was not connected to homosexuality. It was only until the Lucky Charms leprechaun and the Care Bears started shooting multicolors like some sort of insane cartoon optical bukkake that people started to associate it.

@spyz88: apple computers did their logo in 77 i think (please don't quote me on that). the gay pride flag wasn't designed until 1978.

so what's with the gays and apple is the question you might be asking! (if i'm correct on my dates...if not, i'm just lame) and on woz and jobs? dude, it was the 70s, don't ask don't tell!

@ninjamurf: So what YOUR saying is that someone can't "try" something just to try it? You have to be born with certain predilections and stick to them no matter what, even if the right place and right time happen along?

Is there a difference between doing gay things and being gay? Maybe, maybe not. Just take a look at Wegmans comment below...that's funny stuff!

Anyway, it's certainly not unheard of for young men and women to check out seemingly greener pastures just to see what's up and never return to them again.
