I refuse to use texting shorthand and abbreviations. When I text, you will get a full sentence from me, complete with punctuation and proper spelling. It's called integrity sonny.
@Nathan Obbards: i remember reading an article about some university( i think it was oxford) going to let student use short form and textlish for assignments and exams.. i dont really remember what university but i'm sure i've read it this year...
@Nathan Obbards: Ive never used textlish on a graded assignment, but I regularly use it (or rather a hybrid textlish/AIM) as a form of shorthand in notes and drafts. And I had a calculus prof. who gave lectures which often included textlish. Its nothing more than a form of shorthand, and as far as I'm concerned not unwelcome in a collegiate environment, as long as the context is appropriate.
@eagles3 speeeedin: I have no problem with it if you use it in notes. However, presentations, papers, and exams should be written without them. I haven't seen it yet on a good exam, but other TAs have taken points off for using it in an essay exam. The ones I have seen all deserved bad grades anyways, so why punish them more.
What are you talking about? This game looks amazing. Now all they need is to make this game for the Wii, so we can play by strapping the Wii mote to a real table.
@GitEmSteveDave_HasANewNameToda...: I have never seen anything from that show until just now, with your embedded clip. I am dazzled, and I know that I need not see any more of the show ever again, for the rest of my life. Thank you, kind sir, for freeing me of this challenge.
@GitEmSteveDave_HasANewNameToda...: Being from NNJ, I can't help but devolve into a fit of cackling. The syllabary alone! "Whore" was one long slur of "HA-AO-OW-OU-WA-AA"!! bwahahaha.
@Caidence: Please, I live South of GSP Mile Marker 120.7, a.k.a. The Benny Line. I have to deal with them all Summer on the weekends. Damn cars reeking of Drakkor with "Bad Boy" stickers on them.
I would really like to see how he had this set up at his home, i.e. if he followed a "theme", or had things arranged in like a timeline fashion, etc...
For someone who had that much money, it sure looks all beat up and uncared for. Water stains on the ceiling, stains on the carpeting, the edges of the walls seem to be disintegrating... probably smells moldy down there too. There are a few cool things, but for the most part it looks like a bunch of junk.
@Evildead22: This was taken in a abandoned store/mall that was slated for demolition that was used to display the pieces, I'm guessing to avoid traipsing through Neverland.
Man, that guy had a strategy. What better way is there to lure prepubescent boys into his lair. With an arcade like that I bet they were fawning all over him.

It's like the moronic cousin of that Mavis Beacon "game" they subjected us to in school...

In one hand I wish it weren't true, but on the other hand I hope her humiliation brought tears to her eyes.
