I don't watch The Hills, but that doesn't mean I'm not entertained when I see Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt prancing around and pretending they aren't posing for the cameras: in this clip, Audrina attempts to get scientific with the Big Bang theory and the Large Hadron Collider. Her friend explains that the Large Hadron Collider is used for colliding subatomic particles together—but maybe it can be used to see if there are any particles in that organ that lies between Audrina's ears. Bang & Olufsen's Beosound 6 MP3 player is definitely a "come and get me" nod toward the Nano market—albeit the few people in the Nano market who would be happy to spunk a schmazillion bucks on an MP3 player with poxy 4GB memory (are there any out there?) So what has ramped the price up to over four times the price of an equivalent Nano—surely it's not the leather case and A8 earphones that accompany it...

Based on the design of the Samsung YP-Z5 MP3, the Beosound 6 shares the Korean player's interface. Measuring 3.5 x 1.7 x 0.5 inches, it sports a 1.8-inch color LCD screen. Battery life is 24 hours, and it supports both MP3 and WMA formats.

Stephen Hawking Filming R-Rated 'Big Bang' Movie

Ok, so we're not sure about the rating part (yet), but lonely British physicist Stephen Hawking is about to star in his first movie. Titled "Beyond the Horizon," the Imax 3D film will bring Hawking and his high-tech wheeelchair to the big screen. In it, Hawking is approached by a young, voluptuous reporter eager to learn about the big bang. We'd go see it, but only if he gets Scarlett Johansson to costar. – Louis Ramirez

Although you won't get a full rundown on this until the Detroit Auto Show in January, Gizmodo got a little preview of the new Bang & Olufsen Advanced Sound System for the Audi A8. Using these Beo4 speakers, B&O promise to deliver sound that spreads evenly throughout the car thanks to the acoustic lens on top of the loudspeaker. So instead of speakers that direct sound to a certain place, your music will be enveloping. More info on this as it comes.
