Does it matter which one he uses? No. But I am happy that our new President is one that embraces technology, even on a personal level. There's a bit of a sigh of relief in that for me. I don't know why.

You know it's ok if he uses a Microsoft product right?
12/05/08
Yes we know its a microsoft product... thats how we know its a sucky knockoff. Where u been?
12/05/08
No you didn't. The Zune is a fine mp3 player, but judging by your user name you probably wouldn't give it a chance.

College is when your supposed to experiment, as long as he learned his mistake (:

However, college is not where one is supposed to learn proper use of tenses and spelling. It is expected that one has a firm grasp of these before graduating high school.
You improperly used the possessive "your" where you clearly intended to use the second-person present tense of "to be". You committed a subject and a tense shift from the aforementioned second-person present tense to the third-person past tense. You did not define who "he" is. You inserted an extraneous comma not required to set off the clause and you omitted the period at the end. Additionally, you described college as a time, not a place, a choice with which I do not agree.
Your comment should read:
"College is where one is supposed to experiment as long as one learns from one's mistakes."
That is the third-person present tense with proper agreement and continuity among the subjects and verbs. There is no comma because, stylistically, the clause at the end is part of the alleged purpose of college. Alternatively, your comment could read:
"College is where one is supposed to experiment, provided one learns from one's mistakes."
This is a stylistic distinction only. I welcome review by Frigg to see whether I am an example of his law.

As long as he's never "beamed" a song to another Zune owner, it's ok.
